“Mar de Caliza” 2023

A documentary short film in which the nature photographer Tiago Mateus takes us on a five-day solo expedition through the wildest trails of the Western Massif of the Picos de Europa National Park in Spain. It was on this adventure that Tiago created some of the most scenic photographs of his career. The imposing mountain landscapes haunted by huge storms and the epic music of composer Scott Buckley provide the necessary dramatic weight to this story of passion for the art of nature photography.
